The bar for fitness and health is incredibly low: 1. Mind your calorie balance. 2. Get enough protein. 3. Eat real food. (Things with roots & a mother) 4. Move everyday (7-10k steps) 5. Resistance train 3-4 days a week. 6. Sleep 7-9 hours a night. Anyone can do this!
