More paper work!

Purple class had a fantastic morning with Alfresco Learning learning all about the Great Fire of London. We built walls using wattle and daub and created miniature bakeries using natural materials.

Year 6 have had great fun completing their bikeability course yesterday and today 🚲

Red Class have been drawing maps of the journey to The Three Bears Cottage,,,,,I

What a treat! Red Class has had a visit from a ‘secret reader’ today. The children absolutely loved listening to The Gingerbread Man.

In Red Class we have been listening to stories that Jesus would have heard. Today’s story was all about Joseph.

Red Class have been learning about the festival of Chinese New Year.

Purple Class have been loving learning about the Great Fire of London, and today wrote a diary entry as Samuel Pepys. They even used tea bags to make it look old! Even Samuel himself came to Mottram and answered our questions!

Green class have been finding out about fire safety this morning, even Mr Battersby joined in! And in the afternoon Year 6 had a visit from safe squad where they learnt about personal safety, digital safety and some CPR skills

Purple Class have been inspired by Banksy’s ‘Girl with the balloon’, and have created our own artwork!
