Day three is my version of a rest day. As you can see instead of sleep I was walking around. I'm waking up to run in the morning, and hopefully one tomorrow.

Tried to run right now and my legs locked up on me Four hours of sleep but I've been up walking trying to warm up for this run Son of a bitch
