Genuinely how i feel anytime someone compliments my art i wish i could have art specific therapy bcs regular therapists don't understand me i fear most of them thought i was just cringe when i brought it up

I use Arrtx acrylic markers (Simptap saturated colors and two more sets) and Poscas, the pastel pallette (my faves are Coral Pink 66 and Light Orange 54 for skin), for sketchbooks i usually use local brands i can find with 120-160g/m2 paper, I liked artcreation for example

Showing my sketchbook to people is a torture in itself
