How can you be an effective leader if you don't know who you are? Step 1: Self-awareness

Mindfulness is paying attention to what you are paying attention to. But is it for all? Will all benefit equally? I doubt it. Some personalities benefit more than others

Was beaten by a 10 year old in chess today. A very humbling experience but also absolutely fantastic. The world will be fine.
