A dangerous start to #Thanksgiving holiday travel in the Upper Midwest. More than a dozen tractor-trailers jackknifed or stuck in the snow on Tuesday in northwestern Minnesota. MSP reports more than 300 vehicles ended up off the road in the snow Tue PM-Wed AM. #snow #weather

A winter storm is expected to impact SNE Tue-Tue night with interior snow and mixed rain/snow near the coast. The best chance for greater than 6 inches is north of the Mass Pike and west of I-495. The storm track is still uncertain so further changes are possible.
