Back in ‘22 I thought Minerva was so wild that they may have accidentally trained on the test set. Having since moved to OAI, joined the contamination obsession crew and evaluated o1 — it turns out hard math is just easy for transformers.

Twitter gives you a distorted take on AI. This is where people discuss cutting edge stuff, and also where the most dedicated boosters & haters are But when I talk to people offline, most of what is discussed here doesn't register. A ton of people just use AI, mostly kinda badly
