New York is getting clobbered in the Second Circuit on the Vampire Rule it looks like. Which makes it all the more insane that the May/Wolford panel in the Ninth Circuit upheld Hawaii's version.

So many of the historical park laws, when you closely examine them, were actually hunting restrictions. Only a couple banned carry in all circumstances, and none from the founding era.
