We have just finished an intense week of installation and training on AMAZEMET atomizer. Together with our custom small-scale printer [we call it Printino], we now have the necessary tools to accelerate our efforts in alloy design for #additivemanufacturing.

Professor Atieh Moridi from Cornell University was our Johns Hopkins MatSci seminar speaker this afternoon. She talked about her group's research in characterizing metal additive manufacturing with operando X-ray diffraction.

Excited to share that I have been selected for the TMS Early Career Faculty Fellow award TMS. I will be presenting a lecture on "The Power of Instability: Non-Equilibrium Dynamics in Additive Manufacturing and Professional Development" at the conference next year.
