I recently started #quilting. It is a good #mindfulness activity, it helps with spatial awareness, & it clears my mind. I usually hand quilt the tops (after machine sewing them together). These are just a few of my creations.

The Google commercial where the dad has his daughter use AI to construct a note to her favorite athlete rather than encourage her to write what she actually wants to tell her hero takes a little chunk out of my soul every time I see it.

July is almost over. I've made 5 quilts, read 11 books, made 2 batches of jam, & facilitated BCPVPA Foundations for New Leaders. Summer 2024 is pretty sweet.

No BC peaches this year because of a cold snap in January 🥺
