Yesterday i got to spend the day at The Young Women's Movement 100th birthday party, a truly lovely event with so many amazing people! ❤️

East Ayrshire had a very successful trip to the Scottish Concert Band Festival in Perth. The Robert Burns Academy and Grange Academy both took a Gold Award, Stewarton Academy a Gold Plus award while the East Ayrshire Percussion Ensemble took a Platinum Award. Incredible!

What a truly incredible day for young people in East Ayrshire. This morning was our annual joint cabinet meeting with the Council which was then followed by our Youth Awards Ceremony to celebrate our fantastic young people, honoured to represent them! 🫶
