PacBio 2/ First, SPRQ does not change accuracy or read length. You can expect the same captured transcript lengths. What changed is yield - for Kinnex full-length RNA kit, the expected yield is now 60M reads per Revio SMRT Cell - a 50% increase from the previous 40M standard.
