The last week of the semester meant starting classes with 8 minutes of meditation. The busier we are, the more we need to take time for ourselves. People first. Students second.

As per of their semester-long project, a group from our #tuspmt class presented a pilot coaching curriculum to Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio today and rocked it. I’m so happy our students impact our community while gaining valuable experience. #proudprofessor Jacob Tingle
