Today, Youth organisations across the UK are raising awareness about the importance of Youth Mental Health. The Moving on Project provides counselling to 11-25 yr olds from Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth & the surrounding areas. #YouthMentalHealthDay #BeBrave

It is OCD Awareness week from 10-16th October 2023 and we want to highlight how it can be difficult to manage sometimes, but talking through things with a counsellor can really help.
