In the Brain Cancer Lab we are new to spatial #metabolomics. Our first foray into the field deals with the optimization of MALDI-TOF for #brain tumors. Comparing with bulk techniques shows recrystallized CHCA in negative polarity is a standout performer. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
