I get very tired of hearing about how nice execs are when they're not the ones having to figure out how to provide for their families after losing their jobs and having their creative projects cancelled.

I keep trying to rationalize in my head like “what if the acquisition was only $67 billion instead of 68 and that billion went to studios like Arkane and Tango that can hit when given enough time/resources.” And then I remember it’d still just go to more CEO yachts and mansions
