I was thinking that everyone gets the massive impact a small change in lens/camera height has in a photo or movie, but we don't really apply that idea to our own eyes and how we experience the world. How different is my emotional POV simply because I'm taller than most folks?

I think a lot of people have workplace stories of a new boss coming in and hiring their incompetent friends. They rarely come out winners although neither does the business.

For the upcoming show The Agency, we surrounded the set in a huge volume showing London in all kinds of times of day and weather, and tracked the camera through this crazy set. The result though is all this glass, reflections, lighting, and reflections - in camera on the day.

While most of the shoots on our San Francisco studio stage these days are digital/VCAM, we still do optical and photographic work there. Most recently some OG miniature work for Skeleton Crew. Sometimes we'll put up little LED volumes for new hotness lighting and reflections.

We got to uncrate this on stage and set it up for photography.

Who will pick up the mantle tomorrow to tell us that it's a Friday once again?
