I'm incredibly excited and proud to finally share the main results of my #PhD where together w/ Leo Foerster and Martin Villalba we attempted to reveal organizational princples of #Glioblastoma through the lens of adult neural #StemCell biology Martin-Villalba Lab DKFZ #PrePrint #Tweetorial🧵
Congratulations to Martin-Villalba Lab on their latest bioRxiv. Some great Resolve Biosciences #singlecell #spatialtranscriptomics data too...
Next on the #SRCKC23 stage is Martin Villalba (Martin-Villalba Lab) joined by graduate student Alena Laier from DKFZ! #stemcells
.Lukas PM Kremer, Martin-Villalba Lab, Simon Anders and colleagues introduce a data processing approach along with an easy-to-use software tool MethSCAn for scBS-seq data analysis. nature.com/articles/s4159…
Check us out in the The Kansas City Star! President and Chief Scientific Officer, A. Sánchez Alvarado, sat down with Katie Moore to discuss the exciting #regeneration #research happening at the Institute with #zebrafish, apple snails, #planarians & more! 🐌🧬 Read here: kansascity.com/news/local/art…
Scientists from DKFZ Martin-Villalba Lab & Uni Heidelberg showed that epigenetic changes reprogram astrocytes into brain stem cells. This discovery shows that astrocytes could potentially be used in regenerative medicine to replace damaged nerve cells. nature ➡️ t1p.de/bctp1
