To anyone ever thinking of using Leeds Marriott Hotel - DO NOT BOTHER. Their customer service is appalling and based on a series of lies. They will double book your rooms and claim there is a “glitch in the system” or they’ll blame your bank but only inform you of this 24 hours

Prior to you checking in. They’ll then proceed to rebook you a room in HOLIDAY INN in BRADFORD. If we had wanted to stay in another town we would have booked there to start with. Thank you for ruining our graduation, appreciate it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
