The Internal Security Minister, Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail (Fartaag) along with the Director of the Immigration and Citizenship Agency, Mustafa Duhulow, chaired the agency’s weekly meeting, which reviewed institutional reforms and service delivery progress over the past four months.

Today I attended a meeting at the Office of the National Security Adviser with representatives from FGS institutions, AUSSOM and UNSOS. Discussions focused on accelerating the AUSSOM mission and strengthening cooperation to advance Somalia’s security and stability.

I officially inaugurated the new Passport Issuance Centre in Deyniile District today. This centre is part of our government’s commitment to expanding citizen services, making passport issuance faster, more accessible and fully digitised through modern systems.
