Had the honour of presenting at Leiden Law School on: ‘Who should pay to whom, and how to calculate climate change induced damages to Cultural Heritage under State Responsibility.’ These questions relate to my ongoing Ph.D. on Environmental Compensation at int. courts & tribunals.
