(1/4) Today, the #GC announced more than $48K in additional funding for the Muslim Resource Centre for Social Support and Integration (MRCSSI) for counselling services in London, Ontario, for a total amount of $251K.

(2/4) This funding supports the continued delivery of culturally appropriate counselling services to victims, families, and individuals of London’s Muslim community affected by the horrific killing of Our London Family in 2021.

(3/4) The Muslim Resource Centre for Social Support and Integration Inc. is a non-for-profit social services and anti-violence organization to assist families and individuals from different backgrounds to overcome the challenges related to family safety.

(4/4) Funding is provided through Justice Canada’s Victims Fund which supports the development of projects and activities that improve, promote, and increase awareness of services available to victims of crime and their families. Learn more: justice.gc.ca/eng/fund-fina/…
