Cockfosters underground station was officially OTD in 1933. Completing the Piccadilly East extension from Finsbury Park, begun in 1931. Designed by Charles Holden with a long train shed and ticket hall below street level in board marked concrete. modernism-in-metroland.co.uk/cockfosters.ht…
