The way I get people to understand this is flipping it back on them. How would *you* like to be handled when you’ve hurt someone you love? Cause you will slip up & hurt your person from time to time. Would *you* be okay with being met with complete, prolonged silence?

Prioritise repair > punishment in relationships. Your partner does not need to “pay” for what they did to you (esp. if it wasn’t malicious intent). They need to take accountability, learn from their mistakes and do better next time.

A good place to start with healthy eating is prioritising more of the nutritionally dense food groups. More veg, protein, fibre, healthy fats, complex carbs. Think less restriction and more intentionally eating more of what’s beneficial to your health.
