Any radiology dictation software out there that recognizes what you are dictating and suggests/prompts/forces/applies scoring systems for an abnormality? NEER - humeral head, Bern - SIH, etc. x 100,000. Lea Alhilali, MD RJ M. Skalski #radiology #powerscribe

Faster diagnosis of #stroke gets patients the right care they need. Favilla et al. bit.ly/4gcJtmA studied the Openwater optical blood flow monitor and found it outperformed RACE and LAMS scales in detecting #LVO in patients with stroke symptoms. #neurointervention

Lots of tweets about the small vessel trials. They showed no signal for the same reason Aruba didn’t. Art sometimes can’t be scienced. Why we chose not to participate.

1/My hardest thread yet! Are you up for the challenge? How stroke perfusion imaging works! Ever wonder why it’s Tmax & not Tmin? Do you not question & let RAPID read the perfusion for you? Not anymore!

Such a great thread. Honestly wish carotid US would go away - limited both anatomically (stroke has a long Z axis) and physiologically. COW anatomy should be in every neurovascular report.

All radiologists must distinguish: PRES ARIA (E and H) CAA-RI Clinical history matters! Standardize protocol, keep a consistent scanner, mind your echo times by magnet strength, etc. Recognition matters. For ARIA, use these templates. asnr.org/wp-content/upl… #ASNR25
