I first wrote this on the back of a student's paper, and two weeks later he turned in a paper about an issue he really cared about. It earned an A.

Over the last 10 yrs, we have 15K more students and only 10 more teachers… Yes, we need capital investment for renovated or new schools. But, we need operating budget increases above enrolment and inflation rates for there to be a real investment in students and education.

So awesome to see a desi Canadian as flagbearer.

As someone who votes in North Dakota and does not like lawns, this resonates.

To quote Scott Moe "The best indicator of future behaviour is past behaviour." I said what I said. Also, building new schools does not equal building quality education.
