On Monday they ate 5 bananas, 1 pt blackberries, 1 qt raspberries, and 1 lb strawberries. On Tuesday they ate the rest of the fresh fruit. #AllTheFruit 💸

I spent the week coordinating dance recital rehearsals and managing costumes and gear…. So my 4 yo could tell me she waved to daddy (and only daddy) from the stage.

I’m a “being on time is being five min early” person and this morning my 7 yo told me “being on time is not important” and I…. I was not the best parent this morning.

Two things that do not go well together: kiddo stomach bugs and grading culinary chemistry recipe reflections. 🤢

When the semester officially stars next week I'll be starting my 11th year teaching... an associate professor with tenure! :) Here's to the 2nd decade and "mid career" journey...
