Tom Lee Park will indeed be a worldwide destination when it is finished. As we move further into construction, we are starting to see the details that will make this park such an amazing attraction.

The Cutbank Bluff walkway into the new Tom Lee Park plus a reconfigured Riverside Drive will increase ADA access to the park and contribute to the overall visitor experience.

Tom Lee Park is turning green!

Here’s a little construction progress update on the Memphis Cycle Shop. Excited to be working with Chestnut Funds, Development Services Group, & Montgomery Martin on this challenging renovation project.

How long did it take you to recognize where those little pink flags were located? The field improvements at Autozone Park will address ongoing drainage issues and improve the overall playing surface for both the Memphis Redbirds and x - Memphis 901 FC next season.

Who dropped dry ice in the river??? Winter weather in Memphis is always a challenge, especially with large civil projects. But, we’re proud of our Tom Lee Park crew for working through less than ideal conditions when possible to keep progress moving!

The courts beneath the Civic Canopy at Tom Lee Park is a collab between Memphis River Parks Partnership, Studio Gang, and Project Backboard. The park opens Labor Day weekend.

The BlueOval City TCAT campus is progressing as we are approximately halfway through construction. Brick and insulation is currently being installed. #blueovalcity #tcat #construction

TCAT Blue Oval is currently a sea of glass and steel as interior walls are framed out and the glazing has been installed across the curved central spine.
