"Any part o' Winter Wrap Up is hard work, ya've earned done good," Applejack gives Gallus a nod of approval. "Ah'm sure the birds 'preciate it."

"Nope!"

"But ya dooooo get as many tarts as ya can eat and as much cider as ya can drink!~"

Her honesty senses are'a tinglin'.

"... Ah think somebody somewhere's is gunna learn'a lesson."

The tingling over, Applejack shrugs and continues on, working on her chores.

She trit-trots across the boundary-line of her family farm. Applejack halts. "Somethin' don't feel right."

Her hoof reaches out into the air, feeling a hot, oppressive wetness to it. She quirks a brow, confused.

Curious, she takes a half step back. Just outside her gates, she's met with a cool summer evening breeze.

Applejack can be found at Sweet Apple Acres, waving her hat around in an attempt to startle off a flock of seagulls that's somehow managed to migrate to her very-far-from-the-beach farm. "Get'on, ya varmints!! Go on! Get!"

She huffs and puffs, she's been at this all morning with no results. The birds just cackle at her and rise with each swipe of her hat only to settle right back down again.

"Ah'm gunna haveta have a talk with Fluttershy 'bout these gawt danged birds, they're more confused than'a pig with a cold."

Steam practically escapes from her ears as she stares out her kitchen window. A fine, dry sand is covering the entirety of Sweet Apple Acres!

"Apples."

Nobody's apples are as good as Applejack's, not even Applejack's.
