Get ready, Harris County educators! #HCDE and Education Foundation of Harris County’s 5th annual Tools for Teachers program returns next week to help you start the year stocked and ready to inspire. 🎒 $100 supply credits will be up for grabs for 1,250 teachers. The first CTE Advisory Committee meeting of the year is in the books! We were excited to not only host our CTE business partners, BUT to showcase Aldine Senior High School Culinary Arts Program 👩🏾‍🍳🧑‍🍳who provided lunch 🥪, AND show off a few of our CTE District 🤩Ambassadors for good measure!

Today was a GREAT 🤩 day to be a CTE Ambassador! These amazing student leaders 🧑🏻‍🎓👩🏾‍🎓gathered for a 3-hour introductory workshop on all things #CTE in an effort to support CTE 👷👮🦾🚑🗂️advocacy and awareness throughout the Aldine community!

Our Fall Career Expo was a success! Eighth grade students had the opportunity to explore and select programs of study that will guide their future career pathways. Through engaging presentations and hands-on experiences, students were introduced to a wide range of CTE programs.
