Fried threw 100 pitches while not allowing a hit or run over six innings. The curveball was nasty tonight. He's allowed three hits over 15 scoreless innings during his past two starts.

Acuña broke up Miller's no-hitter with an infield single and Albies followed with a RBI double. How a team went from scoring a billion in the first inning last year to scoring a billion after the seventh this year is a mystery.

Fried's curveball is dancing as gracefully as the Braves OFs (well, some of them) after a win. 3 of the 9 he's thrown have been called strikes. The Mariners have whiffed with 2 of 3 swings against it. The curve and slider are plenty. No reason to see the sweeper ever again.
