It was my honour to attend the inauguration of the Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) Satellite Office in Kyiv 🇺🇦 in my capacity as President of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers. The Register constitutes a critical first step towards ensuring accountability for the Russian aggression against #Ukraine.

Starting from April, Ukrainians can report on damaged & destroyed property right to the International Register of Damages Caused by 🇷🇺 aggression through Дія. Signed a respective agreement with Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi, Executive Director of the Register.
