We are starting to finish our weaving! We read Rainbow Weaver and learned about Guatemala and traditional backstrap weaving. Then we created our own looms and used recycled materials to weave our own masterpieces! Orange Grove Tigers

We listened to jazz fro the Harlem Renaissance period as we prepped our crowns and dragon masks to strut our stuff Orange Grove Tigers book parade. Thank you to Melissa Killeya for organizing it all and always being the Pied Piper of literacy for our school
