Had 2 kids do a long threshold workout today. This was the 2nd time coaching high school and first time I had 2 high schoolers at once do this type of workout. You know your team is improving when the kids ask you to do a workout like this. 🔥

The Oceanside Sailors had a big Saturday at Sunken Meadow State Park this past weekend. The Sailors return for Conference Meet 5 this Tuesday at LIU! @Oceansidetra OSD Athletics, Physical Education and Health

The Oceanside Sailors finished the Conference last week with a 9-4 record. The boys competed this past weekend at the Manhattan University Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park Bronx, NY.
