Having someone deep clean your house is a life hack. Any storage tenant of mine that cant pay because their house got deep cleaned gets June payment waived.

This is what makes self storage fun. There is no price this 92 year old would sell her 30k sq/ft to you doing roughly 5k a month.

I am adding 3 -40x120 storage buildings in the next month. Dirt work starts in 10 days. Cost - 95k concrete, 195k building & labor, 38k for dirt work, 10k misc. $24 sq/ft . What am I missing?

Storage conversion has had a nice few months leasing up. I stopped offering 50% off the first month & have seen very little slow down the past 45 days.
