American Home Shield Service Company is a terrible company to do business with! They do not honor their contract you pay a lot for when it comes to doing repairs! Their Customer Service Reps are in foreign countries which makes communicating a real challenge! Horrible experience!

Ego Products and Customer Service - This company does not stand behind their products at all. There rechargeable batteries do not last more than a couple of years then they fail. Ego only covers the battery warranty for 3 years. Do not buy Ego products - total waste of money!
