Session 4 highlights:
#1 - Penn State lost a heart breaking OT match with Blaze, and a controversial match with Duke. Despite this, they still managed a 75% winning percentage in the semis.
They are now at 184.2 projected team points, 7 ahead of pace for the all time record.
After seeing what Zach Ryder did this weekend, it’s hard to not critique those who lose in the semifinals and “medical forfeit” today.
Nice to see those whose hearts were broken last night scrapping hard this morning.

I'm going to apologize if my tone sounded negative during the NCAA Championships. The reality is I'm like a kid in a candy store. I think Twitter is a great place for discussion and I try to point out things that I see that maybe the average fan doesn't see or that could
Here's how ridiculous the Penn State dominance is right now:
Oklahoma State has one of the most dominant second place teams we've seen in a long time, including 8 AA's and 4 finalists, with a projection of 126 points. And yet they are projected to lose by 60 points.
OK State
Levi and Minto quite possibly my two favorites in college.
Great kids
Levi an all timer in my book.
No RS. 2-1-3-1. World Silver before graduating. Incredible
“We’re a blessed program. We follow the rules. There’s not a lot of that going on right now, and that’s one of the reasons we can sleep when the wind blows.”
Penn State’s Cael Sanderson after winning his 13th NCAA Wrestling title.
Last night in Cleveland was 🔥!

This might be an unpopular opinion but...
The post match responses from wrestlers are so much better than just about any other sport i can think of.
Thoughtful, articulate, and introspective.
To be sure, not everything is perfect. But they make me proud to be in this sport.
While Sanderson celebrated his 13th title yesterday, Penn State President Neeli Bendapudi and Athletic Director Pat Kraft were in Cleveland to watch it happen.
Think about that for a second.
The administration showed up for wrestling. They invested in football. They gave
Bill O’Brien played an enormous role in saving Penn State football.
My freshman class and I chose Penn State in large part because of him… and a summer visit made it real for us.
He made it clear it was bigger than football.
