Lots of ⚾️ coming up in Worthington! Their 74th annual tournament starts Thursday and runs through July 2. And due to scheduling conflicts at several other parks, this year’s 36th Annual Dubuque County Baseball HOF all star game has been moved there as well, on July 9.

Simplicity...a short 🧵(1/3) "Cut-step" wall drill for hurdlers 3 easy steps: 1. Tall at the wall 2. "Cut" and quicken the take-off step down and underneath hips 3. Project the hips towards the wall while driving the lead knee up/forward (feel foot behind you)
