Recently got a grounding sleep mat. Not sure what I make of it yet, feel mixed results. Took a few days for nervous system to get used to it. It has reduced my tossing & turning & I do feel bit more calm/settled at night. Hopefully it will help w/ sleep in the long run #grounding
