On March 6, #Mizzou will participate in a statewide tornado drill. The test will activate alert beacons in campus buildings, computer desktop notifications, text messages and social media. As we enter peak severe weather season, remember these six tips to stay prepared. ⤵️

#Mizzou will test its campuswide emergency alert system at 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 23. The test will activate on-campus ALERTUS beacons for three minutes and include MU Alert notifications via text, email, desktop, and social media.

A big thank you to everyone who participated in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day! MUPD officers collected boxes of unused and expired medications, making our community safer.

MUPD and the ColumbiaPD will increase patrols to support student safety on Reading Day (Friday, May 9). Make responsible choices and report any suspicious behavior to police. Let’s work together to keep our campus and community safe.
