The 1-1 count isn’t talked about enough amongst the social media hitting community. It’s a big pitch. I’d toss 3-1 count in there too.. Controlled aggression vs over-aggression/auto swing. There’s always a balance to be found for hitters on how aggressive you should be.

Certainly not a coincidence. Personal opinion- young hitters should simply hit more often. More cage days, more swings. Turn machine on, stay till you figure it out. Especially in dead-middle of off-season.
