Our colleagues celebrated the festive season in our offices with a Christmas lunch! At this time of year, checking in on each other is essential. Mental health and well-being is a priority at Mitie, and getting together for a meal, now we can, is an excellent way to do this.

Our ‘Resource Not Waste’ philosophy strives to achieve zero waste and send over 90% unused material for reuse, recycling or recovery. In 2022, we extended our recycling efforts by segregating waste in offices to capture the maximum material value and turn it into a resource.
