Athletes who are chronically sore typically have: -Poor nutrition -Poor hydration -Poor sleep hygiene -A VERY poor base of GPP I’m starting to lean away from the “they do too much” stance for many athletes and into “they don’t do enough of the stuff that supports the sport.”
