A revolving door of political prisoners keeps spinning in Burma. A prominent peace activist, Saw Phoe Khwar was released on 15 Nov just to be rearrested on the same day. Many of those who released last week face similar threat. According to AAPP (Burma), 12,976 pp still in jail.

What has the int' community done to stop the executions of these young activists? They deserve more than statements of concern or condolences. If the military gets away with these executions again, they will normalise using death penalty against anyone who speaks out against them
