It's Election Day! Do you need to drop off an absentee ballot? Drive thru ballot drop is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at McCormick Park (600 Cregg Lane) or on Russell St. (between the YMCA and Missoula County Fairgrounds).

Do you need to get a replacement absentee ballot, or register to vote? Come to the Elections Center (the green building) at 140 N. Russell Street. Individuals in line by 8 p.m. will be served. You will be provided with a ballot after registering and can vote today.

Initial election results for Missoula County will be available sometime after 8 p.m. at sosmt.gov Per state law, the Elections Office can't release initial results until after everyone still in line to vote at 8 p.m. has voted.

Initial Missoula County election results are available on sosmt.gov. Ballots are still being processed. Results will be updated every three hours until all ballots have been counted. Results are not final until the election canvass on Monday, Nov. 18.

‼️A ballot will be rejected if it does not include both the voter’s signature and birth year‼️ Due to changes in Montana law that went into effect on Oct. 1, all voters in Montana are now required to write both their birth year and signature on the affirmation envelope.
