We had an interesting and informative tour of the senate this morning. The grade 8s asked excellent questions and were very engaged! It was really interesting to learn more about how our bills are turned into laws! St. Marguerite

The grade 8s had a great last day in Ottawa! We toured The Senate, visited Parliament and The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, had a mock trial at The Supreme Court, had lunch at Byward Market, and then visited Notre Dame. What a day! St. Marguerite

Congratulations to St. Marguerite boys soccer team on their first place finish at the Holy Trinity CSS tournament today! Mr Biggs and I could not be more proud! What a great end to an amazing season!

When they say “time flies” it sure does! I had the privilege of attending the grade 8 graduation of my very first class with Halton Catholic DSB I’m so proud of these kids and the paths they will begin to pave for themselves as they embark on this next chapter of their lives St. Marguerite
