Everyone thinks self love is eating junk foods, watching movies & taking bubble baths. Self love is really about doing hard workouts, eating healthy & going to bed at a reasonable time.

How fun! Mastitis is back even though I haven’t breastfed in 7 months! They said breastfeeding is the best thing, it’s free and helps bonding. Breastfeeding wouldn’t have sustained my baby, the expense was my health and I can’t have him near my boobs because it’s fucking painful!

Hate the German bureaucracy , especially those people who do not want to listen and want to make things possible… appreciate those a lot that do 🙏🏻#Papierkram
