Christmas in school can be a very busy time. As we approach December, I want to say just how amazing teaching assistants are. They are worth their weight in gold. They should be paid so much more for all the different roles they undertake. They are the engine room of the school.

Just a few moments ago, the hall was full of song and laughter. Our incredible Year 6 pupils giving an amazing performance. Now the hall is quiet. Such a strange feeling when those incredible pupils leave. Hopefully, we've given wings to fly.... reach for the stars Year 6.

Last week our Year 5 and Year 6 girls football team enjoyed hosting a friendly football tournament. Thank you to LibanusPrimary Pengam Primary Fleur De Lys Primary School and @CwmcarnS for attending. It was a great day, with a brilliant atmosphere and the girls all had a fantastic time.
