Urghhhhhhh so the GP has referred me to a gastroenterologist and it'll probably mean a colonoscopy given my family history and she's like you'll need to have one at 50, might as well get in early and dad's all the same but also, the anxiety is not dealing with this well

@engagedpractx The GP said the sedation is lovely. It's the prep I'm scared about but I'm also a catastrophiser but I don't have any symptoms and it's gotta happen one day anyway eh?
