AWFUL experience with Hertz Dollar Car Rental at Munich Airport. Car windscreen cracked (defect) and it was suggested last night that I will be charged (unknown) amount for it but no one there to discuss. No one answered the phone during the rental for me to report the danger. AVOID

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, 💯 recommend!
